Same problem?

Hi Im almost 8 weeks pregnant, and since 2 weeks I am nauseous the whole day long, even at night but I am not throwing up! With my first pregnancy I was nauseous went to the bathroom and I was done for the whole day👍🏼 This is really annoying, does anyone has the same problem? And have you any tips?

That’s a great sign that your body is producing the hormones needed to create your baby! Yes it’s very annoying and seems impossible to deal with. Try drinking someone water first thing in the morning if you end up throwing it up it’s better than throwing up stomach acid. I found that having a small meal in the morning also helped. You can try getting vitamin B-6 it’s supposed to help with nausea. Other than that if you’re throwing up so much that you’re not getting the necessary￼ nutrients that you need then I recommend talking with your obgyn about some other options.
