omfg idk where this myth started 🙄 it doesn’t induce labor or anything like that, it’s super healthy for your uterus and you should have been drinking it regularly your entire pregnancy.

Yup! If you want the maximum benefits from it you could’ve even started a bit earlier ! Some people drink it the entire 3rd trimester. Definitely good to go now. I consistently had it from 32 weeks on with my first and had a 5 hour labor with only 5 minutes of pushing (3 pushes) for my first !
