Emergency ectopic surgery, + reoccurring misscariage

SE

Hi everyone I have had an ectopic pregnancy (third miscarriage 👼👼👼 which resulted in emergency surgery by removing my right tube a few days ago, I was 6 weeks pregnant.

luckily I was in the hospital car park, when my tube ruptured,in agonising pain, the hospital wanted to keep an eye on the ectopic as they thought it was shrinking but it was just too late, I am forever thankful to the nurses and surgeons who saved my life, I did end up losing a lot of internal blood, and had to have two blood transfusions, good news is (hard to see the good news at the moment) that they checked my left tube and it's absolutely fine, I am just extremely sore atm, as this is my third miscarriage, I am going for further testing in a few weeks (once iron levels, and blood levels are normal, we have seen a fertility specialist (before ectopic was spotted) who said she would like to put me on progesterone suppositories and baby aspirin when I fall pregnant again.

I'm 31, and have refused for this to put me off (obviously I am petrified of another ectopic happening again) but I would love to here some stories where progesterone (I had a thyroid test, that came back fine) or even aspirin worked for you, or what was your issue with your reoccurring miscarriages ? I can catch easily it just won't stick 😞 💙 thank you, I cant wait to see the back of December.
