Medium well or well is considered safe

Steak is fine when pregnant, any bacteria would be killed in the searing of the meat, since it’s not ground up meat any bacteria will live on the outside surface of the meat . I like mine cooked medium rare and went with just medium when I ordered while pregnant a few weeks ago just because I didn’t think I’d like to have it as rare . Enjoy!!

Any steak is fine as long as it's from a reportable restaurant or (if you're cooking at home) it's fresh.
