Does this worry mean i may miscarriage?

I just found out I am pregnant. But I can’t help but worry about me getting too excited because part of me thinks I’ll miscarry since this is my first. Is this me protecting myself? Did anyone feel like they’d lose the baby but then have a perfectly fine pregnancy? Please ease my mind if you can❤️ I’ll appreciate all responses.

I feared it... but you can have a healthy pregnancy, you will have a healthy pregnancy and your are having a healthy pregnancy. Speak and think positive thoughts into existence.

Worry just means you’re a mom 🥰 I was worried when pregnant, when delivering, when feeding table food for the first time, and when my son started pre-school. As long as it’s healthy and balanced, and you let yourself enjoy the good stuff, worry to me just means that no one will love my children like I do. 💕

I think every woman worries when she’s pregnant. Worries of miscarriage, genetic abnormalities, or birth defects. It’s an unfortunate thing we all deal with during pregnancy. This is my third and I’m still a mess 😂

I had a crippling fear I’d lose my baby. She’s absolutely perfect in every way, and meeting milestones early. Even in labor I’d worry about her losing her heartbeat so much that I’d stare at the fetal monitor constantly. But, the whole time she was growing absolutely perfectly and there was nothing wrong at all and she handled the stress of labor so well. Only reason doctors kept coming in to check on the monitors was because they kept slipping off my belly.

I don’t know anyone who doesn’t worry while pregnant. It’s hard to be 100% in it when you can’t control what happens...it starts to fade but it never goes away 💕

I always fear this. I’m an anxious person to begin with and being pregnant made it worse in certain situations. I’m 19 weeks with my 2nd and after haven’t 2 miscarriages, my excitement is at a minimum due to fear and every little thing scares me. I just had my anatomy scan yesterday and we saw the baby moving around and I’m still nervous 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ttc baby number 1 it didnt phase me so much, but then I had an early miscarriage when ttc baby number 2 and I am pregnant again and super paranoid! I will feel better after seeing bub at 9ish weeks, but that is a long wait!

I was sooo scared my whole pregnancy! And I had 6 heavy bleeds with clots from hemorrhages throughout! You can have a healthy pregnancy :)

I have never met anyone who didn't worry, especially early on. Especially with communities like this where everyone is so freely sharing their horror stories (and it is vital for people to share these, it's not a bad thing!) It definitely can put the fear and worry in your mind. All you can do is try your best to relax and do what is recommended by your doctor, knowing that miscarriage is not something you can control, and is most often due to issues in genetics, not something you did, something you ate, etc. Fear and stress arent great for baby, so all we can do is focus on the stats that tell us that the most likely scenario for all of us is a healthy baby. ❤

It’s normal to worry. Worrying won’t cause it. Miscarriages are usually genetic problems.
