Milk supply at 5 months
I have exclusively breast fed my baby his whole life, we added in solids once a day this month & my milk has seemed to go way down I can’t seem to store any.. Any tips on how to get it back up? Or did other mamas experience this and it was all good? So much more emotional than I thought I’d be even thinking about not nursing already 😭 I love it and I love the bond we have!
