Merlin sleep suit - sleep naked?

Question

Do you put your baby in a onesie still or just a diaper?i keep my house at 70 so I don’t want his to over heat.  I am trying to transition LO out of his swaddle into this because he is not ready to have his arms totally free. Any advice with this sleeper is welcome!!

My daughter goes in her swaddle with just a diaper. She gets too hot to put clothes on under her swaddle

I do either a short sleeve or long sleeve onesie (whatever is clean lol) and I put socks on him too. We keep our bedroom at 68.

We put her in a short sleeve onesie and she does great. We keep the house around 68. We started using the Merlin suit last Friday and she's slept through the night every night since (even better than when we were swaddling). Good luck!

We do a long sleeve onesie and socks with the Merlin.  We used it for naps all last week, then first time overnight in the crib last night. We got 8-4:30 then 5-7:45. I’m happy with that but can’t wait till it’s 8-7 🤣
