I had a blood test on the 31st December and I got my blood test results back today and it was positive for pregnancy but my levels were only 45. A bit concerned as my calculations say I should be about 4-5 weeks but the dr said my levels and around 2-3 weeks. I’m scared it may be the start of a miscarriage as I’ve had 2 already and I start spotting a small amount this morning when I wiped (which now has stopped)

Has anyone else gone through this and everything has worked out?
