Bottle Sterilizer?

Question

Is a bottle sterilizer a must have? 
If so, recommendation on brands?

No I just boil mine. But each brand of bottle has a corresponding sterilizer to fit their bottles

I never used one and didn't see the point. I did want one with a drying feature but all the reviews on the brands that did have one said it didn't really dry the bottles. And then, once you take them out and exposed to air they become unsterilized. I also don't have enough room on my counter to hold something like that. What I do is I wash and boil before first use. Like right out of the package. But then hand wash every day. Also, if you have a dishwasher you can use that instead if you have a sterilizing option or whatever

Not a must have but i really enjoy mine. It’s the Phillips one. You push a button and ignore it. Takes less than 10 mins and i literally don’t have to do anything 😂

We boil before first use. Warm soap and water every other time after that. We also got the medela microwave sterilizing bags for pump parts and Ive used it for bottles too.

Just boil the bottles in a pot of boiling water.

I washed and sterilised them when they were brand new but never did again. New research shows you don’t have to sterilise bottles (unless your baby is ‘at risk’ eg. premature or immune issues). My baby has a great immune system.
