When did you start pumping and how often?

My LO is 2 weeks old no idea when to pump to fit it in around deeding ect and making sure she has enough for the feed

My lactation support says to pump either immediately after a feed or 30/45 mins after, straight after I easiet though

My  LC says to pump immediately after feeding so you don’t interfere with the next feed.  My LO was on scheduled feeds in the nicu though so I fed every 3 hours and pumped every 3 hours at first.  So it was feed, pump 1.5 hours later, feed 1.5 hours later, etc. 
That got very exhausting though so once I got home I slowly weaned off the pump and now pump once a day after his morning feed.  I still get 6-8 oz then
