Rash getting worse!

I’ve posted about this 3 times already but it keeps getting worse! (He’s going to the doctor in the morning but I thought I’d just ask anyway!) I haven’t changed anything so idk what it could be. I just realized today that I have a cold sore. Could a baby get a rash from a cold sore? I was kissing him before I even knew I had it ): I’m so worried bc I know HSV 1 is very contagious and dangerous for babies..
