I really dont know how far i am

My last period was October 9th 2019
I took a test in November NEGATIVE
I took a test on December 16th NEGATIVE
I took a test on December 29th POSITIVE
i went to the ER because i was cramping really bad they did a abdominal & transvaginal ultrasound
Here’s the results:
Gestational sac (MSD) measures 8.8 mm
Yolk sac measures 2 mm
Placenta is non-visualized
Fetal Pole not identified
HCG BETA QUANT: 3091
How far am i in this pregnancy?
