Leaking 6 months PP

So my nipples are leaking but I never breastfed? I’m 6 months PP. My period is due in 2 days. Is this normal? I have never leaked besides the couple weeks after having my baby boy. Anyone else gone through this? My friend said I might be pregnant but idk. I doubt it.
