Passing the time and counting the days!

I'm in the process of trying to lose weight, get fitter and be generally healthier as i prepare for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> next month. I've decided to do a squat challenge! Jan 1st = 1 squat, Jan 2nd = 2 squats, Jan 8th = 8 squats, etc. My aim is to do this until <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> starts as a way to make the days go faster while I'm getting fitter.. anyone want to join me?
