Please help!! Weird Vagina problem(UPDATE)

So, yesterday (12/31) I was having weird stomach pains in my upper abdomen, I figured I was constipated or gassy since I hadn't actually gone number 2 in a few days.

Today (1/1), I have an odd feeling while i go pee. At first, i thought "oh i have a UTI. I'll get my antibiotics and clear it up." And i got them and have been taking them.

But now.. every time I go to the bathroom something.. weird happens. I feel a weird feeling, like when you are on your period and pee. I stood up and there was something in the toilet!

It didnt seem like a blood clot since none of the water or urine was red. But the thing itself resembled one. Now everytime I go it happens. They arent big, the first one was the biggest now they are smaller.

I'm only peeing for like 3 seconds as well, like a dribble.

I've had UTIs in the past, but nothing like this. Its definitely weird and different.

It cannot be my period , since that passed about a week and a half ago, so it also cant be a failed pregnancy to explain the weird blood clot-like globs.

I'd appreciate any insight, tomorrow I do plan to make a doctors appointment about it.

A few hours later and my urine is now rusty in color, I will attach a photo of what is coming out of me. It's not super bloody or gore but it is red and weird, so uncover it at your own risk.

Again, I'm not on my period or have any chance of being pregnant.
