I live in japan (as an American) and recently I traveled back to the states for Christmas, but while traveling I was on my period so I didn’t have to start my new pack until I was there and adjusted. Now I am back in japan and flew forward a day in time. I took my Wednesday pill this morning before my flight, but now I’m back in japan and it is Thursday night. I’m not sure how to continue taking my pill, because I’m now a head a day. Please help!!!
