Honestly we’re I’m from I’m from Mexico us as pregnant we can’t drink teas especially if it has cinnamon or hot chocolate the believe that that can cause miscarriages so we stay away from any hot teas unless is time for labor they recommend drinks them to have a faster labor

You can also do ginger tea, and other teas are mostly safe just want to watch for caffeine intake. Add lemon and honey as well or just do hot water with lemon and honey. Just make sure the honey is pasteurized!

I know peppermint tea is okay in moderation and it ALWAYS helps me when I feel sick!
