BBT and broken sleep
I'm just starting to track my BBT and i'm in need of some clarity/advice...
I read that you're supposed to temp around the same time every morning. And I read that you're supposed to temp after having 3 hours of sleep, and that you should temp before any movement.
My problem is that i wake up a lot during the second half of the night. This morning, for example, i woke up at 0430 with tummy troubles. I knew my kid would be waking up around 0600 so i wouldn't be able to get another 3 hours of sleep. So i took my temp 1.5 hours early, but before moving and after having roughly 3 hours of sleep.
So my question is, which is most important: 3 consecutive hours of sleep, same time every day, or before any movement?
