So my little girl is almost 4 weeks old. Formula fed with Enfamil Gentlease. She poops once a day, a huge one and it’s always soft but she strains multiple times a day. Red face, grunting, squirming around a lot. We were up from 12-4 last night just grunting and squirming. She never really cries but she just seems uncomfortable. She still passes gas often. I know one poop can be normal but with how much she’s straining I’m thinking she might want to go more but can’t. We do gas drops and gripe water. Gripe water helps short term. Anyone use a different brand of formula that doesn’t cause any constipation in their LO? Or any medicines that are worth a try? Thinking about getting the Gerber Probiotics.
