38w+ head not engaged...
FTM. Just had my midwife appointment at 38+1. Baby has been head down since 30w but isn’t engaged in the pelvis.
I’m a little bit concerned about this. Mainly because, according to my mother’s pregnancy record with me (her first), I engaged at 37w and was born exactly a week later, spontaneously.
Is anyone else’s baby not engaged at 38w+? Should I be worried? Anyone have stories? Recommendations?
