Unmedicated iui

Hi everyone! I've been ttc naturally for almost 2 years without any luck. I am scheduled to start my first iui in 5 days assuming I get my period ( which I most likely will). I ovulate every cycle and I have unexplained infertility. I've been seeing a traditional chinese medicine doctor for 5 mo and my husband and I have been on this super healthy diet as well as some herbs and weekly acupuncture. All this was meant to improve circulation and egg/semen quality.All this has helped us both look and feel amazing but still no baby sadly. We are ready for the next step which is iui in conjunction with the tcm diet, herbs and acupuncture. Anyone have any experience with unmedicated IUIs? Are they worth it ?
