So confused 😣

I got a positive test on Christmas. Got a negative test this past Sunday and had lots of cramping. Another negative urine at the Dr. & low levels from bloodwork when I went in on Monday and she said most likely chemical pregnancy 😔. I was supposed to start my period the next day (Tuesday the 31st), I had a (tmi) little light pink discharge when wiping and then some very light brown. After that, NOTHING. I haven’t started and haven’t spotted or anything at all since then. The nurse said to retake a pregnancy test in 10 days? Which makes no sense to me. I would assume this is just my body being out of whack from what happened & it’s delayed my period.... any other opinions?? Thank you!!
