Awake during the day

Any tips on keeping baby awake during the day? He naps the entire day, wakes up to feed and falls asleep on the breast. He’s up from 11ish- 6am every night.

I open all windows for light, have the tv on and I allow my 2 year old to be her usual playful, loud and talkative self during the day but he stays asleep in all the noise. I can’t sleep while he sleeps during the day because I have a 2 year old to take care of.

Help please...mama needs some sleep.
