Period after D and C

Hi all! I had a d & c on December 3rd. I started having slight brown spotting on the 31st and 1st and some lighter bleeding today. It’s definitely not typical of my cycles. I’ve also had some cramping. What day would I consider day 1 of my cycle? I’m wanting to track for ttc purposes but feel like I can’t tell which day should be day 1. Thank you for your help!
