39+2 and these appeared today

They look like scratch marks but the baffling thing is I haven’t done much today as I’ve been in so been in bed most the day and is usually know if I’ve caught my clothes on something but these appeared on my body only noticed when I took my clothes off to have a bath. Some of you will say it’s just lines from your clothing and imprints but they are definitely scratches they sting when touched. I have no cats/pets but it feels as though I’ve been scratched by a cat

It’s raised and stings yet I haven’t scratched myself due to any itchy parts today they literally just appeared.

What could it be?
