How many weeks would you say I am?!

Got this done 1 week ago she never told me how far along I am other than the fact that everything looks normal. What would y’all think? My last period was 11/24  however I know you can measure differently.

My last period was 11/21 and I’m 6 weeks today. So I’d say you’re somewhere around 5 weeks. My 5 week 4 day ultrasound looked like that

My lmp was 11/23 and I am 5+5 today. I think we might be a bit ahead of that d/t thinking I ovulated early though.
