Is this my sciatic nerve?

It doesn't shoot down my leg but it's a pinching and burning/cold feeling. It hurts to walk just on my one side right now it has been on the other side before and
 It's right where my butt checks runs into my lower back right in the middle between my side and tailbone. Im over 35 weeks and babys head is down low so I read it could be the head hitting my sciatic nerve. Anyone have this? Any way to relieve the pain so I can walk normal without pain? Thank u!

Now another thing it could be is your pelvic bone getting loose. Different ladies feel it different spot. But did you know that your pelvic can actually get twisted? It’s what happened to me. I had to go see women’s health/physical therapist to help me get it back into place.

It can start there but it’s usually runs over your butt chick and down back of leg but you feel it more over your butt. You can try calming it down by getting a semi hard ball like tennis ball. Place it where you feel knot or pain and lean against wall and move around it with it. It’s basically calming the muscle where the nerve runs through it. Think if it like a straw in your hand. Your hand is the muscle and the straw the nerve. When your muscle is tight and won’t relax it tightens up like your fist and the nerve gets pinched within it. Like pinching a straw. It blocks the signal from running through causing the pain you feel. You got to relax that muscle so it stops pinching it.
