Only a little worried...

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and just got over being sick, I also am spotting a little but it's not bad...I'm just getting into my head because last time I was 8 weeks pregnant I got sick and as soon as I got better I started spotting, then bleeding, and then ended up miscarrying. I'm positive it wont happen again but I'm also a worry wart

Just happy thoughts please, my doctors appointment isn't for another week
