It made 3 glasses, but I could only do 2 glasses it tasted horrible to me !

The last glass I had to chase with a coke to help me with the after taste 🤢

I’ve been cramping ALL day so I hope it gets me somewhere

It’s been 40 minutes since I’ve finished the 2 glasses

It’s been 13hrs

I am still getting cramps here and there, they are stronger then what they were but there about the same an hour as they were before.

I did not get the shits so I’m happy about that lol

But I’m very disappointed I’m not really getting anywhere

I do feel he’s lower and I feel pressure but that’s really it 😐

But it says 24hrs so maybe in the next 11 something will get going 🤷🏻‍♀️
