Twin growth

Long story short, at one point in my pregnancy, my twins were measuring 5-6 days ahead. When I had my anatomy scan today (23w), the tech told me that they are measuring right at my gestation date. Does this mean their growth has slowed? Is it normal for twins to fluctuate like this? Has this happened to anyone else? Am I being a crazy, ridiculous, over thinker? 😅😬
