New to menstrual cup and worried about my light flow?
My flow is super light, I had my cup in from 7pm to 4am and it was literally just enough blood to fill the bottom part. I'm worried because it soaks through tampons and I thought my flow was heavier than that? Is this normal? Should I be worried?
I go for hours and it only fills the bottom, not to the measurements.
