First ultrasound
This morning at 9:30 and I have a bad feeling although I’ve been feeling fairly confident all along. I just started having diarrhea and possibly blood in my stools. It’s almost looked like spotting when I wipe but when I check it doesn’t seem to be coming from “up there”. I’m cramping this morning but can’t tell if it’s from the baby or the need to poop....ugh
