So my dr said that he only wants us to inject progesterone into the top of the buttocks. Not a problem with that except he did say that the partner should inject it presumably because it’s awkward. The problem we have is we have been told best gone is early evening followed by a walk to help disperse the oil. my husband actually studies three nights a week at uni so this will be tricky all the time so I’m wondering what will work for self injecting, or can it be done at other times of the day/night?

Just wanted to know if anyone has successfully injected the 12 weeks worth themselves? Or some other work around...
