Ever since I had my first baby 5 years ago (I have 3 now) my boobs lost all perkiness and look horrible and shrunk a lot. But lately the last two days they have hurt/feel heavy and feel like they are being pulled down even more. I have gained 9-11 pounds recently as well but you can notice the weight gain in my stomach. Anyone else have their boobs go full blown saggy and then randomly start hurting like this? I’m confused.

Oldest is 5yrs old in 10 days second is almost 4yrs and my youngest is 1 & 1/2 yrs old.
