Doctor told me when I got a positive opk to call...

I called and he wasn't there. I got progestrone a little over a week ago and had AF and he said "if you get a positive opk then call me" but... He's not there...😅 Maybe I'm not ovulating I feel like I won't be but I guess he wanted to make sure
