How to announce??

So we found out were expecting #2, we went to tell our parents differently this time...

Last time in laws were on a trip so we just texted them the positive test!, and my parents we phoned. Nothing special.

My father in law's birthday is next Tuesday, so we have a gift idea for him already..

But we are seeing my parents tomorrow and want to tell them.. money is suddenly tight as a vet issue came up..

We have no stores I can buy anything "big sister" like near by, over an hour away..

We have a local co-op at that is it for store.

I have the positive test and thats it...

Need some Inspo! I feel like if we give them a gift they'll know before they open it so idk!
