Question about late periods

I was supposed to get my period on the 31st and I still haven’t got it. I don’t really have any of the usual pre period symptoms, not especially tired, no cramping, no breakout... etc, and 0 PMS. I took a pregnancy test first thing yesterday morning and it was negative. Thoughts anyone?
