I'm ready to make this my month

I'm ready to make to be pregnant. I just had a hysterscopy and DC my obgyn said that the removal means we should get pregnant now. My husbands sperm test was good. So what can I do I'm one cycle day 3 but ready to get this going. I use opks I have confirmed ovulation. What more do I need ?
