Yeast infection question.

Can you have a yeast infection without the discharge?

My vagina feels really uncomfortable today.

Last night hubby and I were having sex , which i wanted. But ended up getting dry even though I wanted it.

I also clean myself really well & dont lack in hygiene.

How is this preventable? Its tolerable discomfort , should it go away on it's own if it even is a yeast infection.

I dont think it's a UTI. I've had that before and this feels nothing like it. The UTI made me want to cry everytime I went to the bathroom and I couldnt sit down.
