This is my 2nd pregnancy and I'm 15 weeks.. Is anyone else peeing themselves (just a little) every time they sneeze? This is super embarrassing. I'm thinking of talking to my doctor about it because ever since I had a c-section from my first pregnancy thjngs just don't feel the same down there and I suck at kegels. I feel extremely embarrassed and I don't want to bring this up with my gyno in front of my husband (he is going to all of my appts). Any thoughts or suggestions? Thoughts or experience with vaginal rejuvenation after having a baby?
