Postnatal vitamins?

Anyone taking postnatal vitamins? Im still taking my prenatals cuz i have a bottle to finish but was wondering if anyone is taking vitamins post baby. Im going to ask the pediatrician if i should take anything since im breastfeeding. But just wanted people’s thoughts. Ill probably take New Chapter’s postnatal vitamins since i take their prenatals & really love them.

My pediatrician and OB said continue taking my prenatal but also add a calcium supplement if i don’t get enough from my diet. I made sure my vitamin has dha, as it’s recommended still.

Lactation consultant told me to continue my prenatal (I like rainbow light) and DHA supplement the entire time you nurse

I’ve just been taking my prenatal vitamins (new chapter) and dha. I’ll have to look into new chapters postnatal vitamins, i had no idea there was such a thing.

I’m a month pp and still taking mine and my baby is formula fed. My doctor told me it’s good to take after birth for a couple months to help with vitamins, hair loss, etc. so I’ll finish my prescription of prenatal vitamins 🙂
