My left breast just does not pump well, my right is pretty good but regardless of whether I use a manual or electric pump I still have to hand express quite a lot in order to drain my breasts well.

I don’t mind so much but it really kills my hands 😩

Is there anyway I can encourage my breasts to react to pumps better? I’ve tried warm compresses, dangling, massaging as I pump etc.

My left is the most annoying, when I pump I noticed there is only 1 stream of milk flowing out whereas on my right I usually see 3-4 streams.
