How do you make formula and keep it in the fridge past the recommended one hour?
Can you prepare it run it under cold water and put it in the fridge and if yes how long can you keep it for?
I am expressing but I have no milk for tonight and i always want to have a bottle ready for the midnight feeding and not to have to boil water and wait for it to cool down as he will not stop crying unless he gets food.
