I think it just sounds like she's excited.. they are learning all sorts of weird noises right now! If she was gasping for air she probably wouldn't be smiley!

Sounds to me like she’s just playing with her voice. If you’re concerned though, you can watch her belly/chest to make sure the breathing pattern doesn’t look strained.
