I stopped pumping about a week ago and continued putting baby to my breast however i have notice my supply is dropping .. anything i can do to increase it ? Without pumping again ?

Also. How do i know baby is feeding good? When pumping i used to give her bottle and she would take 4oz per feeding, now when i put her on my breast she would only eat for 10 min and shes done. Is this normal?

In the evenings my breasts feel empty, i dont know if shes getting enough milk or not.

Shes 3 months btw. Bottle fed almost 3 months but during nights i would put her on my breast. I stopped pumping because it really takes time away from my family etc, plus if baby latches why not just EBF right?
