so I’m 13 and my first few periods were normal and fine. But my last few periods were horrible, each time they get worse. I get super nauseous and my pain is unexplainable. I asked my mom to go on birth control pills but she thinks I’m gonna have sex but I’m not. My periods are also super heavy and last the whole 7 days. the first few days are hell. My period is so heavy that I use a tampon and pad. heating pads and pain medicine don’t work, please help, it’s hard to sleep.
