Here is my NST from today. Bottom line measures contractions. The nurse wasn’t concerned and said it was “irritability” and to drink water and take it easy this weekend. Would real contractions be very different and much sharper spikes?

Top line is baby movements and if the bottom rises aswell at top its just baby moving and pushing out on belly

I had my NST yesterday, and will have one every week from now on. 
I notice that when I reached out to the chair at the side of the bed to grab my phone (I know I shouldn’t have, but was so bored). And I notices the contractions line/number shoot up a little to maybe 35. All I did was tense my tummy muscle enough to reach across. So I’m assuming real contractions are gonna be a littttle more intense.....

Much, much higher sweetheart. They go above the top line when you are having real contractions.
