Anyone else asked to come in for a 3rd HCG blood test?

My first was 65. Second was 168 2 days later. Now they want me to come in another week for a third before they schedule an ultrasound for 7 weeks.
When I was pregnant with my daughter they never asked me to come in for a 3rd so of course now I'm all anxious. 
I'm 4w3d so I know I'm still early but the anxiety is REAL. I really want this little bean to stick.

I had to do 3. My first at 4w1d was 73. 3 days later at 4w4d it was 355. I went for my 3rd blood draw at 5 weeks and it was 976. My dr was worried that I may have a miscarriage, but with my numbers slowly going up, I have an ultrasound on the 17th!

I had to go in for a third, although i have conceived through IVF. I have heard they want your numbers close or over 1000 before scheduling an ultrasound - so maybe thats it?
