Is it Endo??? What's happening?¿?
Open to any opinions, I am not one to ask for medical advice on a post but I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what the heck is going on with me. I have had bad lower abdominal pain, mostly around my uterus for years. I have been seeing a doctor regularly(changed Dr.s twice in hopes for help). At first they thought it was my IUD so we removed it in 2016, since then I have been treaded for PID three times when the pain (that always seems to be there but is worse at some times vs.others) was very intense. I am married, one partner, all my STD scans always come back negitive. This last round of what my Dr. thought was PID is not going away, my symptoms are a constant low dull pain in my lower abdomen, at times the areas around my ovaries hurt tremendously, I also get random sharp prickling pains or shooting pains that only last about 30 seconds but they are so painful I literally cry out and hunch over...I'll have a few days where it might disappear then boom! Its back and it seems to get worse each time. This last month I have been avoiding intercourse, during doesn't hurt but after my whole lower abdomen cramps up for at least 30 minutes. I am also supper tired. I just finished two weeks of antibiotics and was given a shot(thinking it was a pelvic infection) now all the symptoms are back and worse then before...????... My bacteria count was normal, yeast count normal, negative for STDs, no urinary tract infection, slightly elevated white blood cells... My DR just says they don't know and I don't want to keep going and paying for nothing...they haven't given me an ultrasound yet? Should I ask for one, is it endometriosis? I also bloat like crazy at night and the pain seems stronger in the evening, I literally sleep with a heating pad on me every night...what the heck is this, has anyone had something similar and if so what was it. BTW I know for sure I'm not pregnant, I'm about 10 libs over weight but otherwise, healthy lifestyle, regular cycles,1 baby-3 pregnancies, 30yrs old...uggghhh any suggestions???🙏🙏🙏
