Please help me! Comment! Graphic pictures!

I started my period 7 days early, which i have never had a period start early, so it really had me scared.

I have had a pregnancy scare earlier this month so im terrified i could be pregnant and im terrified that this bleeding could actually be implantation bleeding or pregnancy bleeding.

Here is what the bleeding looks like. It only lasted 3 days. Im so scared

The first picture is the front of the pad and the second picture is the back of the pad. This is the pad that i wore overnight.

These pictures were taken on the secound day/morning of the bleeding. Today is the third day and the bleeding has slowed down ALOT and has stopped.

The bleeding also feels kinda thin/watery when it's coming out of my vagina.

Someone please help me. Is this pregnancy bleeding or implantation bleeding?

Or is it definitely my period? Im so confused and scared. Ive never had a period start 7 days early!
